Preparation process
- First of all, prepare the required number of canning jars and sterilize them – including the lids.
- Then start heating water in a pot, add salt and bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, clean, core and wash the peppers.
- You can cut them into halves, quarters or leave them whole.
- As soon as the salted water starts to boil, put the peppers in it for 4-5 minutes.
- Prepare a sweet and sour pickle.

- Cap and sterilize at 85 degrees for 30 minutes.
