Sauce ingredients
- 500-700g of pork
- Olive or other vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions
- 2 pieces of red pepper
- 1 can of sterilized tomatoes
- 50g ketchup (or more to taste)
- 1-2 spring onions for decoration
- Salt, pepper and chili
- Worcester sauce
Ingredients for potato pancakes
- 500g of potatoes
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt, pepper, marjoram
- Frying oil
Method
- Clean the meat, cut it into cubes/noodles and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat on both sides.
- Then add chopped onion, garlic, chopped pepper and saute until the vegetables are soft.
- After softening, add sterilized tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce to taste.
- Finally, season with salt and pepper and you can add chili.
- You make bamboráčky by mixing grated potatoes with egg, flour, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and marjoram.
- Place small piles of the potato mixture on a pan with hot oil.
- Press the pile into patties and fry on both sides.
- After frying, dry them with a paper towel so that they are not so soaked in oil.
- Serve the finished whipped cream with 3-4 potato patties, sprinkled with spring onions.

Spicy cake with fries
This time we will present a slightly spicier version, which is more suitable for more hardened palates. You can choose the amount of hot peppers yourself, but 2 pieces are universally suitable.
Ingredients
- 500g of pork
- 1 can of sterilized tomatoes
- 2 medium onions, sliced into half moons
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 50g ketchup (to taste)
- 2 hot peppers or chilies
- Salt pepper
- Vegetable oil
Method
- Clean the meat, cut it into strips and salt it.
- Fry the meat on both sides in a pan, add onion, garlic and pepperoni cut into rounds.
- Then add a can of sterilized tomatoes, ketchup to taste, salt and pepper.
- Serve the finished whipped cream with fried or toasted fries.

The best whipping chicken
This variant is a bit lighter, as chicken is used here. Thigh steaks are best, but you can also use breast. Add chilli according to your preference.
Ingredients
- 300g chicken thigh steaks (or breast)
- 1 large onion cut into wedges
- 2 red peppers cut into pieces
- 2-3 hot peppers or chili peppers to taste
- 2-3 pickles
- Ketchup
- Soy sauce
- Salt, pepper, thyme
- Vegetable oil
Method

- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion.

- Add some water and soy sauce if you like.
- Let simmer and reduce. After about ten minutes, when the vegetables are soft, you are done.

Finally, here we have the executioner’s whip with turkey meat. Again, add spicy ingredients according to your preferences and diners.
Ingredients
- 500-700g of turkey meat (thigh steaks or breast)
- 2 onions
- 3 tablespoons spicy ketchup (or mild)
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 hot pepper or chili pepper (to taste)
- 200ml chicken stock (or bouillon cube dissolved in water)
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Clean the meat and cut it into strips.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat on all sides.
- Add chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste.
- Then mix in the ketchup, mustard, garlic, hot pepper and cover with the broth.
- Simmer for 20-25 minutes until the ingredients are soft.
- Serve the finished whipped cream with potatoes, potatoes, rice or fries and sprinkled with fresh spring onions or parsley.
