The benefits of kefir for our health

Kefir from the word “keif” means “to feel good” in translation. It is one of the richest foods in probiotics. It is beneficial for our whole body and helps with various digestive problems. It helps against irritable bowel syndrome and against increased intestinal permeability.

Kefir is key to a healthy immune system and healthy digestion. In addition to supporting healthy digestion, the contained probiotics also fight against hostile batteries.

In addition to supporting the immune system, it also builds strong bones, fights cancer, improves allergies, treats skin problems and improves lactose intolerance.
