- Preheat the oven to 150°C.

- Mix a smooth dough and pour it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Then test with a skewer to see if it’s ready.

Ingredients
- 3 cups semi-coarse flour
- 2 cups powdered sugar (or granulated sugar)
- 2 cups of kefir
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 vanilla bean (or vanilla sugar)
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- Chocolate Icing (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- First put the loose ingredients in a bowl – flour, sugar, soda and cocoa.
- Then slowly add the liquid ingredients – kefir, oil and also add the contents of the vanilla pod. Walk through.
- Line a tray or baking tray with baking paper and pour the batter.
- Bake for about 20 minutes and test with a skewer to see if it’s done.

Ingredients
- 400g semi-coarse flour
- 2 apples
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 l of kefir
- 250 ml of oil
- 200g of granulated sugar

Method
- Peel and coarsely grate the apples. Finely chop the nuts.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, sugar and cocoa in a bowl.

- 280g plain flour
- 500 ml kefir milk
- 150g of powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 spoons of honey
- 4 spoons of cocoa

- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 package of baking powder
- Crushed nuts to taste (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pecans,…)
- 200g of cooking chocolate
- 200ml whipping cream (30%)
Method
- Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa and baking soda in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, add kefir, oil and honey.
- Chop the nuts coarsely or finely. Who, how he likes.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
