What pieces of chicken do you cook with?

You can get breasts, thighs, wings or giblets from the baby chicken. You can make excellent steaks from the breast. Some prefer the thigh for this preparation. Thighs or whole quarters are less dry. Although the wings are tiny and we can't find much meat for anything, they are very good marinated.

From the offal, you can choose liver, heart, stomach, neck or head. For example, you can prepare excellent liver pie or spicy liver from the liver. The necks make excellent chicken stock.

And if you don't mind, you can make a whole chicken. You can fry, bake, grill, pickle and cook chicken.

Thanks to the lower content of cholesterol and saturated fatty acids, we can enjoy it to our heart's content. Poultry meat is considered dietary, and no wonder. It is rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals.
