- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 8 slices of bacon, diced and fried
Method
- Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese, whipping cream, horseradish, lemon juice, pepper, and dried garlic until smooth.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients.
- Let cool for at least 1 hour before serving.

Egg salad with horseradish
Think egg salad has to be boring? You are wrong! This salad, which goes perfectly with various sandwiches or just on bread, is full of flavor. Feel free to try it today!
What you will need
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon of horseradish in a glass
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon dried garlic
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Method
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and then rinse them to remove any shells.
- Dry with a paper towel, then cut the eggs into small pieces.
- In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, dried garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

A luxurious spread for toasts and other baked goods! It will perfectly enliven your celebration or prepare it just for a snack.
What you will need
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated horseradish plus extra
- ½ teaspoon fresh thyme (or ¼ teaspoon dried)
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
Method
- Grate the apple with a cheese grater (you can optionally peel the apple).
- Place the apple in a saucepan with the onion, horseradish, thyme and water.
- Bring to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat to low and cook, covered, on a low heat for about 15 minutes, until the water has evaporated and the apple is soft.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
- Add more horseradish, optional honey and season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Leave to cool.
- Once the spread has cooled, stir in the cream cheese.
- Store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
