- ½ cup of sour cream
METHOD:
- Cut the leek into rounds (white and light green parts only) and sauté in oil for about 10 minutes.
- Then add pressed garlic, diced potatoes, salt, pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Cover with broth and cook on low heat for another 30 minutes.
- If you want a soft consistency, whip it into a cream with a stick blender.
- Serve with a drizzle of sour cream.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium-sized pores
- ½ large onion
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth

METHOD:
- Use butter and flour to make a roux, which you then pour over the broth.
- Add leek cut into rounds, potatoes cut into cubes, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and let it cook until soft.

- 350 g of minced pork
