- 1 onion

- 2 tablespoons of butter

Method
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the carrot, onion, leek, celeriac and garlic.
- Cook and sauté until tender but not starting to brown, about 10 minutes.
- Add thyme, mushrooms, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat, pour into bowls and serve.

- 500 g of broccoli
- 1 stalk of celery
- 2 cloves of garlic

METHOD
- Cut the garlic into slices and fry in a teaspoon of oil.
- Add the chopped celery stalk.
- Add the broccoli florets to the garlic.

- Serve drizzled with fresh lemon and garnished with fresh chopped parsley (optional).

Method
- In a large pot, cook the onion and garlic over medium heat until slightly softened.

- Cook for 6-7 minutes.
- Add zucchini and broccoli.
