Ingredients:
- 500 g of ground beef
- 500 g of minced pork
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup finely chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- salt pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Prepare a baking dish or baking dish and grease it.
- In a large bowl, mix both types of ground meat with chopped onions, zucchini, eggs, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and spices.
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and work them together.
- Then transfer the mixture to the mold.

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Glaze
- 3/4 cup ketchup, hot or mild
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef and all the dry ingredients, i.e. breadcrumbs, onion, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Then add the milk, eggs, tomato puree and Worcestershire sauce to the bowl.
- Mix thoroughly again and incorporate all the ingredients.
- In a small bowl, prepare the glaze by mixing the ketchup, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
- Then apply a few spoonfuls of this mixture to the bottom of the baking dish in which you want to bake the meat pudding.
- Then put the meat mixture in the mold and apply the remaining amount of glaze on top.
- Place in a preheated oven for about an hour and a quarter.
The pudding prepared in this way is most often served with mashed potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Quick meat hash with olives

- Then add spices and tomato puree to the pan.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly and add a quarter cup of water and sliced olives.
- Cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add fresh coriander, mix and simmer covered with a lid for another 5 minutes.
Serve the hash prepared in this way with potatoes or rice.

Ingredients:
- 1000 g of ground beef
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Puff pastry meat pie
An unconventional recipe that you will immediately fall in love with and that will soon become your favorite dinner. You can either simply buy puff pastry or make your own.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of minced pork
- 250 g of ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1-2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 medium potato
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method:
- Peel the potato, wash it and cut it into cubes.
- Then cook the cubes gently in a pot of salted water for approximately 10 minutes.
- Lightly fry the pork and beef, chopped onion and pressed garlic in a deep pan.
- When the potatoes are soft, mash them with a masher.
- Add the mashed potatoes, stock and all the spices to the pan with the meat mixture.
- Simmer for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Then add breadcrumbs and mix.
- Leave to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Divide the puff pastry into two parts and roll out with a rolling pin.
- Then spread one part on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Then put the prepared meat pudding on the dough.
- Then cover the meat with the second part of the dough.
- Seal the sides and top thoroughly, then use a skewer to poke a few holes in the dough to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for approximately 45-55 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 500 g of ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 2 teaspoons of dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
For potatoes
- 700 g of potatoes
- 8 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method:
- Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and glaze the chopped onion.
- Add the ground meat, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper to the pan.
- Mix everything thoroughly and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes until the meat is lightly browned.
- Add the crushed garlic and Worcestershire sauce to the mixture.
- Stir again and cook briefly.
- Add flour and tomato puree.
- Stir and pour the broth into the mixture.
- Then add the frozen peas, carrots and corn.
- Simmer the mixture for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In the meantime, boil peeled and cubed potatoes in a pot of water for approximately 10-15 minutes.
- When the potatoes are soft, drain them and return them to the pot.
- Use a masher to mash the potatoes.
- Then add butter, milk, garlic, salt and pepper to them.
- Mix and add grated Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a greased baking dish or baking dish.
- Subsequently, apply mashed potatoes to this mixture and spread with the help of a spatula.
- Place in an oven preheated to 200°C.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
