  • 1 large zucchini
  • 250 g of minced meat
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 spoons of sun-dried tomatoes in oil + 2 spoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed Italian herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, tarragon)
  • 100 g of grated parmesan type cheese
  • fresh parsley


  • Wash the zucchini, cut it lengthwise and hollow it out with a spoon.
  • Cut the pulp.
  • Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallot, also chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Heat the sun-dried tomato oil in a pan.
  • Add the shallots and tomatoes and sauté.
  • Add garlic, meat and zucchini, sprinkle with spices, salt and pepper and fry until the meat is brown.

Quick Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti with minced meat in Bolognese sauce is one of the most popular pasta dishes. Their preparation does not have to be complicated at all, try this simplified recipe and you can serve within half an hour.


  • 400 g of ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 packet of spaghetti
  • Parmesan-type cheese for sprinkling


  • Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package
  • Heat the olive oil in a deep pan, add the finely chopped onion and fry until golden.
  • Add the garlic and fry for another minute.
  • Add the meat and stir-fry until completely browned (about 8 minutes).
  • Add the tomatoes, oregano and parsley, stir and reduce the heat.
  • Cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain the spaghetti and serve topped with the sauce and sprinkled with grated cheese.

Swedish meatballs

Minced meatballs are very popular and popular. You can prepare this Nordic classic very easily at home.


  • 500 g of a mixture of minced pork and beef
  • ½ large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 slice of white toasted bread
  • 60 ml whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 350 ml of beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons of whipping cream


  • Preheat the oven to 180°
  • Tear or cut the toasted bread into small pieces and put it in a bowl and cover with milk.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan, add the garlic and onion and sauté.
  • Transfer to a bowl with the bread and milk.
  • In another bowl, mix the meat with salt and spices, add the mixture of soaked bread with onion and garlic and mix everything properly.
  • Form balls with your hands or two spoons and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the sauce:
  • Melt a spoonful of butter in a pan and dust with flour, mix.
  • Pour in the broth and beat with a fork or a whisk until all lumps disappear.
  • Season with salt and pepper and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove from the stove and stir in the cream.
  • Put the baked meatballs in the sauce and mix.

It is not for nothing that stuffed peppers are among the classics of Czech cuisine – they are tasty, nutritious and you can feed the whole family with them.


  • 3 large peppers
  • 250 g of minced pork
  • 60 g of rice
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 60 g of hard cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper


  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  • Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  • Chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Mix the meat with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
  • Add the cooked and cooled rice and tomato pieces and mix.
  • Fill the pepper boats with the meat mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.

  • 0.5 kg of potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 leek
  • 300 g of ground beef
  • 125 ml of beef broth

  • Preheat the oven to 200°

  3. Add the meat and mix well and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add salt, cumin and the rest of the paprika, mix and cover with a liter of water.
  5. Cook covered over low heat for 15 minutes.
  6. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes.

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk of celery stalks
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 800 g of ground beef
  • 200 ml of red wine
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes
  • 150 g of bacon
  • 1 package of lasagna
  • salt

  • thyme
  • 200 g of grated hard cheese

Bechamel sauce:

  • 1 small onion
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 750 ml of milk
  • 50 g of butter
  • 4 tablespoons plain flour
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Heat the oil in a medium saucepan, add the finely chopped onion, carrot and celery and fry.
  • Add finely chopped garlic and bacon cut into pieces and fry until the bacon is golden.
  • Add the minced meat, mix and fry until browned.
  • Salt, pepper and add herbs, stir, add wine and canned tomatoes, simmer for 20 minutes.
  • For the béchamel, melt the butter in a small saucepan, dust with flour and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce the flame to a minimum and pour in the milk slowly, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper and add half the Parmesan cheese and stir.
  • Layer the meat mixture, béchamel, sprinkle with cheese and cover with lasagna slices in a greased baking dish.
  • Repeat so that the last layer is the pasta. Pour the rest of the béchamel over them and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
