  • 1 tablespoon of mixed Italian herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, tarragon)
  • 100 g of grated parmesan type cheese
  • fresh parsley

Method

  • Wash the zucchini, cut it lengthwise and hollow it out with a spoon.
  • Cut the pulp.
  • Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallot, also chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Heat the sun-dried tomato oil in a pan.
  • Add the shallots and tomatoes and sauté.
  • Add garlic, meat and zucchini, sprinkle with spices, salt and pepper and fry until the meat is brown.

Ingredients

  • 400 g of ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 packet of spaghetti
  • Parmesan-type cheese for sprinkling

Method

  • Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package
  • Heat the olive oil in a deep pan, add the finely chopped onion and fry until golden.
  • Add the garlic and fry for another minute.
  • Add the meat and stir-fry until completely browned (about 8 minutes).
  • Add the tomatoes, oregano and parsley, stir and reduce the heat.
  • Cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Swedish meatballs

  • 500 g of a mixture of minced pork and beef
  • ½ large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 slice of white toasted bread
  • 60 ml whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons of butter

  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 350 ml of beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons of whipping cream

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°
  • Tear or cut the toasted bread into small pieces and put it in a bowl and cover with milk.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan, add the garlic and onion and sauté.
  • Transfer to a bowl with the bread and milk.
  • In another bowl, mix the meat with salt and spices, add the mixture of soaked bread with onion and garlic and mix everything properly.
  • Form balls with your hands or two spoons and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the sauce:
  • Melt a spoonful of butter in a pan and dust with flour, mix.
  • Pour in the broth and beat with a fork or a whisk until all lumps disappear.
  • Season with salt and pepper and cook until the sauce thickens.

Ingredients

  • 3 large peppers
  • 250 g of minced pork
  • 60 g of rice
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 60 g of hard cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  • Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.

  • 0.5 kg of potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk of celery stalks

  • 150 g of bacon
  • 1 package of lasagna

Bechamel sauce:

  • 1 small onion
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 750 ml of milk
  • 50 g of butter
  • 4 tablespoons plain flour

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Heat the oil in a medium saucepan, add the finely chopped onion, carrot and celery and fry.
  • Add finely chopped garlic and bacon cut into pieces and fry until the bacon is golden.
  • Add the minced meat, mix and fry until browned.
  • Salt, pepper and add herbs, stir, add wine and canned tomatoes, simmer for 20 minutes.
  • For the béchamel, melt the butter in a small saucepan, dust with flour and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce the flame to a minimum and pour in the milk slowly, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper and add half the Parmesan cheese and stir.
  • Layer the meat mixture, béchamel, sprinkle with cheese and cover with lasagna slices in a greased baking dish.
  • Repeat so that the last layer is the pasta. Pour the rest of the béchamel over them and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
