Mini Chai Latte Cheesecakes

Mini bites of sweet chai cheesy goodness. Serve these YUMMY treats as part of your next gathering and watch the taste buds dance. Only 10 minutes of prep. So easy to make and YUMMY to eat!

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Cook Time : 20 minutes
  • Yield : 6 to 8 mini cheesecakes



Heat oven to 375 ̊ F and grease lightly 12-cup muffin pan.
  1. In a bowl, combine crust ingredients (Oatmeal cookies, dates, walnuts and coconut oil) and press 1 tablespoon onto the bottom of each muffin cup.
  2. Dump filling ingredients ( Do You Bake Chai Latte Cheeseball Mixes, cream cheese, eggs, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, sour cream) into a bowl and beat until smooth.
  3. Fill cups and smooth tops with the back of a spoon
  4. Sprinkle each cheesecake with 1 teaspoon Sweet Maple Walnut Crunch and drizzle with ½ teaspoon maple syrup.
  5. Bake for about 15 -20 minutes, or until set.
Cool completely before serving.
