  • 30 g plain flour
  • 2 spoons of cocoa

  • In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt)
  • Then add milk and oil and mix thoroughly to form a soft dough.
  • Place the dough in a large mug and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Put in the microwave and bake for 70 seconds at the highest power.
  • After removing, leave the dessert to cool for a while, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Cup bun with banana

An ideal delicacy if you have a craving for food, but you don’t want to bake anything complicated. The pliable banana dough is ready once or twice, and the simple frosting adds the finishing touch to this mug bun. How to do it?


For the dough:

  • 3 tablespoons plain flour
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • a drop of vanilla extract (optional)
  • pinch of salt

For the frosting:

  • 30 g of brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of milk
  • ½ banana for garnish


  • Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  • Add softened butter, milk, mashed banana and whole egg. Mix well.
  • Place the dough in a large mug and microwave for 3 minutes on the highest setting. Then leave to cool.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the frosting.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the frosting in a bowl.
  • Place in the microwave and heat until it begins to have a more liquid state (depends on the microwave – from 30 seconds to 1 minute)
  • Mix the still warm frosting thoroughly and then spread it on top of the bun.
  • Garnish with banana slices.

Cake in mug with cinnamon

How about a luxurious cinnamon roll that is ready in minutes? Thanks to this recipe, you can try making it right now! It is the perfect delicacy for autumn evenings and with tea or cocoa in hand, which will sweeten life just right. Who said you can’t create a full-fledged dessert in the microwave? It can, and this cinnamon cake is proof of that.


For the dough:

  • 4 tablespoons plain flour
  • 3 teaspoons of granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 spoons of milk
  • ½ spoon of vegetable oil


  • 1 ½ spoons of brown sugar
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon of butter


  • ½ tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of mascarpone
  • 2 spoons of powdered sugar


  • Mix all the ingredients for the bun so that there are no lumps in the dough and make a smooth dough.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the cinnamon filling (cinnamon, butter, brown sugar). Put the filling in the microwave for 20-30 seconds so that a thick syrup is formed.
  • Pour part of the dough into a mug and drip the syrup filling onto it in circles to create the impression of a spiral. Then add the rest of the dough and pour the syrup again in circles.
  • Bake in the microwave for about 1 minute.
  • Once the cinnamon bun is baked, prepare the frosting.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the frosting and heat them in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Put the frosting in a piping bag and decorate the top of the mug in a spiral.

  • 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
  • ½ apple (peeled, grated)
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda

  • 4 tablespoons plain flour

  • ½ tablespoon of butter
