Fried mushrooms with eggs
A classic that simply does not disappoint! Prepare it according to our recipe and you are guaranteed to enjoy it.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 g of mushrooms (forest)
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 tablespoon of oil + 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt
- pepper
- chopped parsley
METHOD
- Clean and cut the mushrooms.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan.
- Fry the onion in fat until golden.
- Pour in the mushrooms and simmer them gently.
- The water it releases should evaporate.
- Add cumin, mix, salt, pepper and stir in the egg with chopped parsley.
- Served with bread or other pastries.

Mushroom fritters with feta cheese
Such fried food also tastes great with cheese. Try it with salty feta cheese, for example. You will enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 – 5 brown mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 3 eggs
- grinded pepper
- 50 g of crumbled feta cheese
METHOD
- Clean and cut the mushrooms.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped mushrooms.
- Sauté the mushrooms gently.
- The water it releases should evaporate.
- Mix the eggs separately in a cup and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour into the pan to the mushrooms, stir, but not until completely curdled.
- Add 1/2 crumbled feta cheese.
- Mix and turn off the flame.
- The eggs are still set in a warm pan.
- The scrambled eggs should be very soft.
- Sprinkle the remaining feta cheese over the eggs when serving.

Fried mushrooms with fruit
We have a tip for a great breakfast and a start to the new day. Although the combination of mushrooms and fruit may sound a little unusual, it is actually a delicacy that you will love!
INGREDIENTS
- 150 g sliced mushrooms
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- juice of half a lemon
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- ¾ cup parsley, chopped
- fresh fruit to taste for serving
METHOD
- Heat the butter in a pan.
- Add chopped mushrooms, fry and simmer until soft.
- The water from the mushrooms should evaporate.
- Mix the eggs separately in a cup and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour into the pan with the mushrooms and mix.
- When the eggs are almost ready, add parsley, lemon juice and you can add salt and pepper.
- Serve with fresh fruit and garnish with mint leaves.

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g of a mixture of fresh mushrooms (fox, boletus, porcini mushrooms)

- 2 spoons of baby semolina

METHOD

- 250 g of mushrooms, cut into slices
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 5 extra large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of cream or milk
- 2 tablespoons of soft crumbled goat cheese

METHOD
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and then fry the mushrooms and garlic in a little oil until golden.
- Beat the eggs with cream/milk and season.
- Pour the eggs into the pan with the mushrooms and cook.
- Add the crumbled goat’s cheese and season to taste if necessary.
- Serve immediately garnished with parsley.

Tips for the best fried food
- A mixture of mushrooms, which should consist of softer mushrooms, such as porcini mushrooms, boletus mushrooms, porcini mushrooms or edible pigeon mushrooms, is definitely recommended for the mushroom fry.
- Fried food is not exactly a diet food, so we can lighten it up a bit by using other ingredients or, on the contrary, with a smaller amount of mushrooms, set it so that it is just as filling.
