What to pay attention to when preparing mushroom sauce?

  1. Mushroom quality: Use fresh mushrooms and choose ones that are firm and uncracked. If the mushrooms are already soft or brown, they may be spoiled and harmful to health.
  2. Cleanliness: Before use, clean the mushrooms and get rid of soil residues or other impurities.
  3. Cutting: Cut the mushrooms into equal pieces so that they cook faster and the sauce has a uniform consistency.
  4. Adding liquid: When adding liquid, be careful not to dilute the sauce too much.
  5. Seasoning: You can improve the taste of the sauce with spices, herbs or other ingredients such as onions or garlic. However, be careful not to add too much salt or spices and that the taste is balanced.
  6. Thickness: To achieve the desired thickness of the sauce, you can use a thickened mixture of flour or starch.
