No-bake cream cake with strawberries

A popular simple cake made of cottage cheese, sour cream, sponge cake and strawberries, for which you do not need to turn on the oven. Simply layer everything on top of each other, put in the fridge and you’re done. Isn’t that great?

What you will need

  • 500 ml of sour cream
  • 500 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 2 – 3 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 large package of round biscuits
  • 400 g of strawberries (plus a few for decoration)


  • Mix sour cream with cottage cheese and sugar.
  • Clean and cut the strawberries.
  • Spread the sponge cake on the bottom of a 24 cm cake tin.
  • Spread a third of the cream on the sponge and put half of the strawberries on it.
  • Add another layer of sponge cake, cream and strawberries.
  • Finally, put the last layer of sponge cake and cream and leave the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably until the next day.
  • Garnish with sliced strawberries before serving.
  • Enjoy it!

Cake with custard, fresh strawberries and cake frosting

This no-bake strawberry cake is easy to make and tastes really delicious. It consists of a cookie base, custard, fresh strawberries and cake frosting and needs a few hours to chill in the fridge.

What you will need

For the biscuit base:

  • 200 g of BeBe biscuits
  • 100 g of butter

For the filling:

  • 350 ml of milk
  • 70 g of sugar
  • vanilla extract, to taste
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 500 g of strawberries
  • 1 package of red cake frosting
  • white chocolate, for decoration


  • Crush the butter cookies in a food processor.
  • Heat the butter in a saucepan.
  • Add crushed cookies.
  • Mix everything together well.
  • Line the cake tin with baking paper.
  • Spread the cookie mixture evenly into it and press it well to the bottom with a tablespoon.
  • Put the mold in the fridge.
  • Mix a little less than half of the milk with the sugar, vanilla extract and custard.
  • Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Remove the pot from the stove and stir in the custard.
  • Place the pot on the stove and bring the pudding to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Allow the vanilla pudding to cool slightly.
  • Stir in the crème fraîche and lime zest.
  • Wash the strawberries, clean them and remove the green parts.
  • Spread the pudding on the cooled biscuit base.
  • Halve or quarter the strawberries and arrange them on the pudding.
  • Prepare the red frosting according to the instructions on the package and spread it on the strawberries.
  • Chill the strawberry cake in the fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Decorate with pieces of white chocolate.

Unbaked cheesecake with strawberries

Easy to prepare, salty, sweet and no-bake. Such is this dessert that will brighten up your day! Plus, it’s ready in just 15 minutes. So come prepare it with us!

What you will need

On the corpus:

  • 1 and ½ cups salted pretzels
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup cane sugar

For the filling:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 1/4 cup honey, maple syrup, or date syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract or paste
  • 500 g of fresh strawberries for decoration


  • Add the pretzels to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until small crumbs begin to form.
  • Add the sugar and melted butter and mix a little more until everything is combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the cake pan and press it firmly into the bottom and sides.
  • Put the mold in the freezer and leave it there until the body is solid, about 1 hour.
  • To prepare the filling, mix the mascarpone, honey or syrup, lemon juice and vanilla in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on the cooled carcass and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Garnish the cheesecake with strawberries and serve.

Strawberry tiramisu

This tiramisu is absolutely luxurious! Layers of sponge cake, whipped cream, whipped cream and fresh strawberries combine to create the most perfect dessert you can imagine.

What you will need

For the strawberries:

  • 470 g of fresh strawberries, stemmed and cut into slices
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

For the filling:

  • 230 g of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of strawberry jam, dissolved
  • 1 pack of lady fingers pastry sponges
  • ¼ cup orange juice

For decoration:

  • 450 g of whipped cream
  • 2 teaspoons of strawberry extract
  • fresh sliced strawberries for garnish


  • In a large bowl, add the chopped strawberries, granulated sugar and lemon juice.
  • Mix gently and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, icing sugar and melted strawberry jam.
  • Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until everything is combined and you have a smooth mixture.
  • Stir in one cup of whipped cream.
  • Set aside.
  • Place the biscuits in a small bowl and drizzle with the orange juice.
  • In another bowl, beat the rest of the whipped cream with the strawberry extract.
  • Set aside.
  • Spread half of the cream mixture on the bottom of a 23 x 23 cm baking dish.
  • Continue with an even layer of sponge cake.
  • Then put half of the strawberries (with a little juice) on top of the sponge cake.
  • Spread the rest of the cream mixture evenly over the strawberry layer.
  • Spread half of the strawberry flavored whipped cream on top of the cream mixture.
  • Evenly layer the rest of the sponge cake, then continue with the rest of the strawberries with juice.
  • Top everything off with the rest of the strawberry whipped cream.
  • Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • When ready to serve, garnish with fresh sliced strawberries.

Unbaked yogurt-strawberry cake

You can snack in a healthy way, and this recipe is proof of that. Not only is it healthy, but it is also tasty, soft, fluffy and beautifully refreshing. Perfect for hot summer days!

What you will need

Based on:

  • 350 g oat flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 3 spoons of honey
  • a pinch of cinnamon

For the yogurt layer:

  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 spoons of 100% gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons of water

For the strawberry layer:

  • 500 g strawberries (plus some for decoration)
  • 200 g of Greek yogurt
  • 5 tablespoons of coconut sugar
  • 3 spoons of 100% gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice


  • Mix the oatmeal to a fine consistency.
  • In a bowl, mix the oat flour with honey, melted coconut oil and cinnamon.
  • The dough should be very thick and a little sticky.
  • Prepare a cake tin (about 20 cm in diameter).
  • Use your hand or a spatula to press the oat dough into the bottom of the pan and flatten it.
  • In a small saucepan, mix 6 tablespoons of gelatin with 6 tablespoons of lukewarm water.
  • Heat the mixture over low heat and remove it from the heat once all the gelatin has dissolved in the water.
  • Mix the Greek yogurt, coconut sugar (or other sweetener) and half of the dissolved gelatin in a bowl.
  • Whisk the yogurt filling thoroughly and when there are no more lumps in it, pour it over the prepared cake base.
  • Place the cake tin in the fridge for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, wash and clean the strawberries and blend them in a blender with 200g of Greek yogurt, coconut sugar, lemon juice and the rest of the dissolved gelatin until smooth.
  • When the yogurt layer on top is already firm, gently pour the strawberry cream over it.
  • Let the cake set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • Finally, you can decorate the cake with fresh strawberries, mint leaves and cut.
