No Bake Chai Latte & Banana Eclair Cake

Ingredients
- Chai Latte Cheese Ball - 1 Box Mix
- Cream Cheese - 8oz, softened
- Whipping Cream jor Whipped Topping - 8oz or 2 cups (whipped and lightly sweetened to taste)
- Bananas - 3 medium (sliced)
- Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - 1/3 cup (melted)
- Graham Crackers - 15 (broken crosswise in half (30 squares), divided
Instructions
PLACE graham crackers on the bottom of an 8x8 pan (line with parchment paper for easier lifting when set) BEAT your Do You Bake? Chai Latte Cheese Ball Mix with your cream cheese. Fold in your whipped cream or whipped topping until combined (do not over mix) SPREAD half your cheese cake mixture over your graham squares in the pan. Cover layers with half each of the bananas and half of the remaining graham squares. Repeat layers of chai latte cheese cake mixture, bananas and graham squares. Refigerate 3 hours MICROWAVE chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 minute (checking at 20 second intervals and stirring) until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred; spread over dessert. Refrigerate 15 minutes. ENJOY!
