Method:
- Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
- Beat the butter with cane and white sugar until foamy.
- Add eggs, vanilla and beat.
- Finally, add the dry ingredients, oatmeal and diced apple.
- Mix everything well and put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Form lumps from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes.

Method:
- Roughly chop the dates, cover them with hot water and let them stand covered for 10 minutes.
- Then mash them with a fork.

- Finally, add the dry ingredients and mix again.
- Form lumps from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
