Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 and 1/4 cup almond milk

Method:
- Place the oatmeal in a food processor or blender. Mix until a fine flour is formed.
