- 2 carrots

- 1 dl cooking cream
- water
- salt pepper
Method
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry. No need to add oil.
- Add diced onion and carrot, fry briefly and cover with water.
- Add chopped mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Add finely chopped potatoes to the pot and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Season with garlic and marjoram, add cream, mix well and serve.

Noodle soup with mushrooms and vegetables

- 3 carrots
- 2 stalks of celery stalks
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 cups of broth
- 2 cups oyster mushrooms
- 1.5 cups of noodles

- 1 teaspoon of thyme

Method
- Prepare a mixture of finely chopped onions, carrots and celery stalks.
- Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the vegetable mixture for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
- Add chopped mushrooms and spices and cook for about 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions and set aside.

- 5 cups of water
- 8 slices of ginger
