  • 230 g of your favorite pasta (small)
  • 200 g canned albacore (drained)
  • 2 celery ribs (chopped)
  • 60 g red onion (chopped)
  • 125 g of frozen peas
  • 60 ml of mayonnaise
  • 60 ml plain Greek yogurt
  • dried dill
  • salt
  • black pepper


  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until it is al dente.
  • Add chopped onion and celery, peas, cooked pasta and drained tuna to a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and Greek yogurt.
  • Stir half of the sauce into the pasta mixture and mix.
  • Season with salt and pepper and dried dill, to taste.
  • Refrigerate pasta and remaining sauce separately, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir in the remaining sauce and serve immediately.

What will we need

  • 400 g of pasta
  • 120 g of frozen peas
  • 150 g of chopped carrots
  • 100 g of chopped celery
  • 150 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g of beans
  • 150 g of corn
  • 50 g red onion (chopped)
  • 150 g cucumber (cut into cubes)
  • 150 g tuna (drained)
  • 60 g of nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 60 g of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper


  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, add the peas during the last 4 minutes of cooking.
  • Drain and rinse with cold water, set aside.
  • Add carrots, celery, tomatoes, beans, onion, corn, cucumber and tuna to a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.

This pasta and tuna salad recipe is an easy treat for any summer party. Canned tuna, salty black olives, sweet cherry tomatoes and lemon juice all come together in this dish.

What will we need

  • salt
  • pepper
  • 500 g of pasta
  • 60 ml of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of grated lemon peel
  • 30 ml of lemon juice
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 340 g tuna (drained)
  • 80 g pitted black olives (chopped)
  • ½ small red onion (sliced)
  • 20 g chopped fresh parsley


  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until tender.

This tuna pasta salad recipe is great as a summer lunch, but also a quick dinner!

What will we need

  • 340 g rotini
  • 1 green onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 avocados (peeled and pitted)
  • 1 lemon (peel and juice)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
  • 200 g tuna in oil (drained)
  • ½ red pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
  • 50 g (arugula cut into small pieces)


  • Cook the pasta al dente in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and drizzle with a little oil.
  • Meanwhile, place the green onions in a small bowl and cover with cold water. Drain when serving the salad.
  • In a large bowl, mash 1 avocado with the lemon zest and half the lemon juice with a fork.
  • Add mayonnaise and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
