This Tuna, Pea, Celery, and Greek Yogurt Pasta Salad is quick and healthy that your whole family will enjoy!
What will we need
- 230 g of your favorite pasta (small)
- 200 g canned albacore (drained)
- 2 celery ribs (chopped)
- 60 g red onion (chopped)
- 125 g of frozen peas
- 60 ml of mayonnaise
- 60 ml plain Greek yogurt
- dried dill
- salt
- black pepper
Method
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until it is al dente.
- Add chopped onion and celery, peas, cooked pasta and drained tuna to a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and Greek yogurt.
- Stir half of the sauce into the pasta mixture and mix.
- Season with salt and pepper and dried dill, to taste.
- Refrigerate pasta and remaining sauce separately, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir in the remaining sauce and serve immediately.

What will we need
- 400 g of pasta
- 120 g of frozen peas
- 150 g of chopped carrots
- 100 g of chopped celery
- 150 g of cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of beans
- 150 g of corn
- 50 g red onion (chopped)
- 150 g cucumber (cut into cubes)
- 150 g tuna (drained)
- 60 g of nonfat Greek yogurt
- 60 g of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of dried dill
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
Method
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, add the peas during the last 4 minutes of cooking.
- Drain and rinse with cold water, set aside.
- Add carrots, celery, tomatoes, beans, onion, corn, cucumber and tuna to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Add the pasta to the bowl with the tuna and top with the dressing. Mix until everything is well combined.

What will we need
- 340 g rotini
- 1 green onion (finely chopped)
- 2 avocados (peeled and pitted)
- 1 lemon (peel and juice)
