Ingredients
- 500g of spaghetti
- 2 cups chopped oyster mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 400g chopped and peeled tomatoes
- 1dc red wine
- A pinch of chili powder (optional)
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- Fresh basil
- Salt pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- Cut the mushroom, finely chop the onion and rinse and peel the tomatoes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions, rinse and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Saute the chopped onion with the garlic until golden.
- Then add the chopped mushrooms, cover with wine and sauté until the mushrooms soften.
- Add the chopped and peeled tomatoes, basil, chilli, salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the finished sauce with the pasta and serve with fresh basil leaves.

Pasta with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 6 slices of bacon
- 250g of oyster mushrooms
- 240 ml of chicken stock
- 200 ml of cream
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 120g Parmesan cheese
- 200g of pasta
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Cut the bacon into smaller strips and set aside.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in salted water. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, then fry the meat in it. Set the fried meat aside.
- In the same pan, fry the chopped bacon in olive oil until crispy. Set aside and let cool.
- In the same pan, fry the mushroom slices in olive oil until soft. Add cream, grated Parmesan cheese, chicken stock, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Stir and cook until the sauce is thick. Then add the chicken and cook for a while longer.
- Serve pasta topped with meat sauce and sprinkled with crispy bacon.

Mushrooms taste best fried in a pan. Try it and combine it with any pasta.
Ingredients
- 500g of oyster mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 spring onions
- Salt and ground pepper
- Pasta
Method
- Clean the mushroom, cut off the ends of the legs and tear or cut the caps into smaller pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a deep pan with a lid, add the mushrooms, press the garlic cloves and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to a lower temperature, mix, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, chop the scallions and mix the scallions into the mushrooms just before serving.

- 1 pack of oyster mushrooms

- 100 ml of milk or cream
- 1 package of mozzarella
- 1 onion

- A handful of basil or parsley

- Ground or whole cumin
Method
- First, cook the pasta according to package directions in salted water.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Chop the onion together with the garlic into small cubes. Chop the parsley.
- Wash the mushroom and cut it into slices.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion, garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Add cumin and saute for a while longer.
- Then add the chopped mushroom, salt and wait until the mushroom releases its water.
- Simmer for about 3 minutes, then add the parsley and heat briefly.
- Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Mix the drained pasta with the mushrooms, put in a baking dish or baking dish and bake.
