You will need:
- 4 pears, cut into slices
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup semi-coarse flour
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Preparation process:
- First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Prepare a round baking form – you can line it with baking paper or grease it with oil and sprinkle it with coarse flour.
- Stack the pear slices neatly on the bottom of the mold.
- Whisk the eggs with sugar and gradually add all the other ingredients.
- Pour the finished dough over the pears.

- 4 diced pears

- 3 tablespoons of squeezed lemon juice

- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened apple cider
- 2 ½ cups semi-coarse flour
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder

- 2 ½ cups full-fat ricotta
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
Preparation process:
- Peel the pears, clean them, remove the cores and cut them into cubes.
- Put the finished pears in a pot together with apple cider, lemon juice, cinnamon and salt.
- Cover the mug with a lid and start heating the mixture on a medium flame.
- Once the mixture begins to boil, stir for about 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to a lower heat.
- Cover with a lid and let the mixture simmer on low until the pears are completely soft – about 15 minutes.
- Then use a potato masher and mash the pears with it – a rougher puree should result.
- Continue cooking, stirring the mixture occasionally – until all the liquid has evaporated – BEWARE OF BURNING.
- Meanwhile, start preparing the dough.
- Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and pour the apple cider over it.
- In another bowl, mix the sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Whisk together the eggs, ricotta, lemon zest and honey and slowly whisk in the loose flour mixture.
- Finally, add the oatmeal to the mixture.
- If the dough is pliable and well mixed, pour it onto a greased and lined baking sheet.
- Carefully fold the boiled pears into the dough.
- Place the tray in the oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- Allow the finished cake to cool completely.

Cheesecake with pears

You will need:
Dough:
- 100 grams of butter
- 220 grams of plain flour
- 50 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder

- 1 egg
Filling:
- 500 grams of cottage cheese in a tub
- 50 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs

- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 50 grams of butter
Preparation process:
- First, prepare the dough – rub the butter with sugar, add eggs and beat.

- Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
- While the dough is resting in the fridge, prepare the filling.
- Prepare the pears – peel them, remove the cores and cut them into cubes.

Preparation process:
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough and create a firm but at the same time pliable dough, which you put in the fridge for at least half an hour.
- Meanwhile, prepare the pear filling.

- Put them in a bowl, sprinkle them with lemon juice – so they don’t brown.

You will need:
Dough:
- 160 grams of plain flour
- 50 grams of powdered sugar
- 120 grams of softened butter
- 2 egg yolks
- pinch of salt

Filling:
- 80 grams of butter
- 144 grams of granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
