What will we need

  • 50 dkg of chicken meat
  • 20 dkg of ham
  • 15 dkg of thick stewed spinach, salted and seasoned
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • salt
  • grinded pepper
  • 5 dkg of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • beef broth

Method

  1. We make a sheet of chicken meat, cover it with ham, put stewed spinach on it and finally boiled peeled eggs, with which we cut the tip so that it holds well behind.
  2. We salt everything, pepper it, roll it up and tie the roll carefully with thread.
  3. Place the meat prepared in this way in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Then, basting occasionally, bake until soft.

Chicken pocket with cheese and ham

  • 120 g of stewed ham
  • 100 g of cheese – preferably smoked

Chicken pocket with spinach and cheese

If you want to fill the chicken pocket with vegetables, then spinach is perfect. We can supplement it with cream and sun-dried tomatoes.

What will we need

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 200 g of hard cheese
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • spinach – preferably fresh
  • dried tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • butter

Method

  1. First, we prepare the filling mixture. Fry the washed spinach briefly in a pan.
  2. Add dried tomatoes, finely chopped garlic and sour cream.
  3. Rinse the chicken breasts and cut a pocket in them.
  4. Place the prepared spinach filling in the pocket.
  5. Salt and pepper the meat.
  6. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the chicken pockets in it.
  7. Then we rearrange them in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and cover with sweet cream.

Stuffed chicken breast pocket

Blue cheese is spicy on its own. It is therefore not surprising that it also adds excellent flavor to stuffed chicken breasts.

What will we need

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 100 g of Niva cheese
  • hot ketchup
  • sweet ground paprika
  • onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water

Method

  1. Wash the chicken breast and cut a pocket with a sharp knife.

Chicken rolls with bacon, cheese and nuts

This stuffed chicken pocket recipe is best when you top each roll with a slice of cheddar cheese. When you take the baking pan out of the oven, it looks beautiful, it’s the perfect finishing touch to the dish.

What will we need

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 4-8 slices of bacon
  • 4-8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (or other favorite seasoning such as smoked paprika, garlic powder, barbecue seasoning, thyme)
  • handful of walnuts (chopped)
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
  3. Sprinkle onion powder evenly over each chicken breast.
  4. Place 1-2 slices of bacon on top of each chicken breast, depending on the size of the breast.
  5. Place 1 slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast and sprinkle with some chopped nuts.
  6. Roll the chicken breasts into tight rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a glass or ceramic baking dish “seam” down.
  8. Place 1/2-1 slice of cheddar on top of each chicken breast roll.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the juices run clear from the breasts.
  10. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
