Cup cocoa cake

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups semi-coarse flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 handfuls of almond flakes
- 3 teaspoons of cocoa per marble
METHOD:
- Prepare a bowl and put all the ingredients in it, except for the cocoa.
- We mix everything to create a smooth dough and prepare a cake pan.
- We wipe it, empty it and pour 2/3 of the dough into it.
- Add cocoa to the remaining third, mix and pour over the light dough.
- Using a wooden spoon, mix gently to form a marble.
- Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- Turn the baked cake out immediately and sprinkle with sugar.
- If you want, you can pour chocolate or lemon glaze over it, but it is not necessary.

Cup muffins
Muffins have experienced a real boom in recent years, and even though many people curse them, they have found a place in almost every household.
Some make them just plain without decoration, others prepare various creams or toppings for them, and some even put fillings in them. Try some simple yet very tasty ones.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ½ cups coarse flour
- 1 baking powder
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup grated coconut
- pinch of salt
- 1 cooking chocolate
- 1 ½ cups of milk
- ½ cup of oil
- 2 tablespoons of rum
METHOD:
- Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces with a knife and put it in a bowl together with the other ingredients.
- Use a wooden spoon or mixer to make a smooth dough.
- Prepare a muffin pan, which we grease or spray with oil.
- Pour the dough into the individual holes and place in the oven preheated to 180°C.
- Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the dough does not stick to the skewer.
- Sugar the cooled muffins.
- If you want, you can put a chocolate coating or whipped cream on them, but it is not necessary.

Cup gingerbread on a baking sheet
The smell of gingerbread probably reminds us of Christmas the most, but we are also happy to prepare it throughout the year. If you don’t want to delay weighing yourself, the cup is exactly for you.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups semi-coarse flour
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 baking powder
- 1 baking powder for gingerbread
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons of rum
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 spoons of cocoa
METHOD:
- Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and make a smooth dough.
- The ideal dough for this gingerbread can be recognized by the fact that bubbles form in it.
- We will prepare a higher baking tray, which we will line with baking paper.
- Pour the dough into it, smooth it and put it in an oven preheated to 180 °C.
- Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, sugar the gingerbread while still warm.

Bubble pot
Summer and bubbly go together like Christmas and a tree, they are simply inseparable.
You can prepare it all year round, but it is best in summer with seasonal fruit. The classics are of course cherries, but also strawberries or apricots.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups semi-coarse flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- cherries, strawberries, etc.
METHOD:
- Put all the loose ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Then add the other ingredients and use a mixer or a wooden spoon to make a smooth dough.
- We will prepare a baking sheet, which we will line with baking paper, or grease and sprinkle with flour, as anyone likes.
- Top with the prepared fruit and place in an oven preheated to 170°C.
- Bake the bublanina until golden and after removing it from the oven, sugar it while it is still warm.
- Let it cool completely and then cut it.
- Pour the dough onto the tray, level the surface and cover with fruit

Margot cup bun
Just a plain mug bun might seem a bit boring to some. We will therefore try to improve it with a popular bar that tastes like coconut and rum at the same time.
Margotka is delicious on its own and when you add it to a bun, it will be unbeatable.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large Margot bars
- 2 cups semi-coarse flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- chocolate topping
METHOD:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and beat together.
- Then gradually add flour, milk, cream, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
- Lastly, we add the Margot sticks, which we grate on a coarser grater.
- We make a smooth dough, which we pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in an oven heated to 160 to 170 °C for about half an hour.
- Use a skewer to check whether the dough is sticking.
- Cover the baked bun with chocolate glaze.
