  • 150 g plain flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 300 g breadcrumbs
  • frying oil
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices about 0.5-1 cm thick.
  2. Rinse them, dry them and salt them.
  3. Gradually coat them in flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  4. Gradually place the potatoes in a higher layer of well-heated oil and fry them like steaks.

Potato cutlets with sausage and cheese

An excellent dish made from potatoes and other common ingredients that you will surely find in the fridge. You can conjure up a great meal for the whole family for little money!

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 g potatoes (5 potatoes)
  • 150 g of salami (you can also use sausage, ham or sausages)
  • 100 g of hard cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • green herbs (parsley, dill, spring onion)

METHOD

  • In a large saucepan or bowl, grate the potatoes, finely chop the salami, garlic and cheese.
  • Mix with eggs, flour, salt, pepper and chopped herbs.
  • Work out a uniform mass.
  • Use wet hands to form meatballs from the obtained mass, press them a little and then cover them in flour or breadcrumbs.
  • Place in a pan with oil and fry until brown on both sides.
  • The cutlets can also be baked, but they must always be drizzled with oil.

  • 500 g of boiled potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 3 egg yolks
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs

  1. Sieve the peeled cold potatoes, combine with the yolks, salt, pepper and season with parsley.
  2. Work out the dough.
  3. Cut the dough into 6 equal parts, then form patties the size of steaks, about a finger thick, from each with a wet hand.
  4. Coat them in flour, salted, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry them in a small amount of fat, on both sides, until golden.
