Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 handful of semolina

Method

Method

  • 3 onions
  • 3 tomatoes

  • 1 sour cream or white yogurt

Method

  1. Finely chop the onion, fry it in fat, add ground pepper, let it foam and cover with water or masox broth
  2. Peel the raw potatoes, cut them into slices, add them to the onion base with paprika, add salt and simmer until semi-soft
  3. Add diced tomatoes to the semi-soft potatoes and simmer
  4. Finally, add sour cream or yogurt and add salt to taste, you can also add a pinch of chili pepper and marjoram, oregano or basil

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg of potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 15 dkg of mushrooms sterilized in vinegar
  • 1 apple
  • 1 boiled carrot

Mayonnaise

  • 1 mayonnaise
  • 1 small white yogurt
  • salt
  • sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • lemon juice

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, drain, let cool and peel
  2. Cut them into pieces in a bowl or press them through a potato sieve, salt and pepper
  3. Drain the brine from the mushrooms and cut them into smaller pieces as needed
  4. We add them to the potatoes together with the boiled eggs, which we cut into cubes. Add finely chopped onion and finely chopped apple and carrot
  5. Mix mayonnaise with yogurt and season with salt, lemon juice and mustard. Mix lightly into the salad
