- Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface
- The dough should be approximately 1 centimeter high
- Transfer the dough to a tray lined with baking paper
- Brush the rolled dough with a sufficient amount of Marinara sauce (approx. 200 ml)
- Then sprinkle it evenly with grated parmesan (approx. 90 g) and mozzarella
- We start rolling the dough from the long side of the sheet
