What will we need

  1. 400 g of chilled puff pastry
  2. 250 ml Marinara sauce
  3. 250 g of grated mozzarella
  4. 125 g of grated parmesan
  5. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  6. a teaspoon of garlic powder (can also be freshly pressed)
  7. ½ teaspoon dried oregano


  1. Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface
  2. The dough should be approximately 1 centimeter high
  3. Transfer the dough to a tray lined with baking paper
  4. Brush the rolled dough with a sufficient amount of Marinara sauce (approx. 200 ml)
  5. Then sprinkle it evenly with grated parmesan (approx. 90 g) and mozzarella
  6. We start rolling the dough from the long side of the sheet
  7. When the dough is rolled, wrap it in plastic film and leave it in the fridge to rest for at least 30 minutes

  4. 90 g of grated cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Line the tray with baking paper
  3. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and spread (roll out) the first sheet of puff pastry

  1. Unfold the puff pastry and roll it out into 1 centimeter high sheets
  2. Rub it with 1½ spoons of mustard
  3. Place 6 slices of ham on top
  4. Sprinkle with cheese
  5. We start rolling the dough into a roll from the long side
  6. We cut its ends so that they are straight
  7. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for 20 minutes

  2. 3 bell peppers (cut into thin strips)
  3. onion (sliced into thin crescents)
  4. a teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  5. 2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
  6. 450 g of sausage
  7. 450 g puff pastry (or yeast pizza dough)
  8. 4 slices of ham
  9. 6 slices of salami
  10. 3 slices of cheese
  11. 50 g of grated mozzarella

What will we need

  1. A sheet of puff pastry
  2. 120 g butter (softened and cut in half)
  3. 50 g cane sugar
  4. 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  5. 50 g granulated sugar


  1. In a small bowl, mix 60 g of butter with sugar and cinnamon
  2. We must have a uniform mixture
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface
  4. Spread the cinnamon mixture evenly over the dough using a spatula or knife
