Our pulled pork nachos recipe uses leftover slow cooker Do You Bake? southern pulled pork and southern pulled pork sauce. This is a perfect leftover meal renewed. Just a few ingredients, 10 minutes of your time and you will have a delicious party ready appetizer or a flavor packed meal.

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Cook Time : 5 minutes
  • Yield : 5 - 6 servings

  1. Heat pulled pork and pulled pork sauce in a microwave safe dish for 1 - 2  minutes in the microwave on high until warm throughout. Remove from the microwave and set aside.
  2. Line a microwave safe dishes with tortilla chips in an even layer. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chips. Repeat with the remaining chips and cheese.
  3. Microwave on high 1 - 2 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the microwave and evenly top with the pulled pork, jalapenos, additional pulled pork sauce, scallions and cilantro. Serve immediately
