Pulled Pork Nachos

Our pulled pork nachos recipe uses leftover slow cooker Do You Bake? southern pulled pork and southern pulled pork sauce. This is a perfect leftover meal renewed. Just a few ingredients, 10 minutes of your time and you will have a delicious party ready appetizer or a flavor packed meal.

Ingredients
- Do You Bake? Southern Pulled Pork - 1 cup of leftover Do You Bake? Southern Pulled pork meat
- Pulled Pork Sauce - 1/4 cup leftover Southern Pulled Pork Sauce
- Tortilla Chips - 2 - 3 cups
- Scallions or Green Onions - 2 - 3 Tablespoons, chopped
- Jalapenos (optional) - 1 diced, seeds removed
- Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Cilantro (optional) - 2 Tablespoons, chopped
Instructions
- Heat pulled pork and pulled pork sauce in a microwave safe dish for 1 - 2 minutes in the microwave on high until warm throughout. Remove from the microwave and set aside.
- Line a microwave safe dishes with tortilla chips in an even layer. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chips. Repeat with the remaining chips and cheese.
- Microwave on high 1 - 2 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
- Remove from the microwave and evenly top with the pulled pork, jalapenos, additional pulled pork sauce, scallions and cilantro. Serve immediately
