  • When they start to smell and turn golden, it’s done.
  • You can transfer them to a larger salad bowl.
  • Add the finished quinoa to the almonds, add the dressing, chopped tomatoes and mix.
  • Add the spinach at the last minute before serving to prevent it from wilting.

  • While roasting, sprinkle them with cinnamon, cloves, chili and roast for about 2-3 minutes.

  • Peel the boiled beetroot and cut it into slices.
