  • ¼ cup roasted hazelnuts, skinned
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 large stalks of celery, cut into centimeter cubes

  • 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint and more for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Coarsely chop the hazelnuts, set aside a few for garnish and place the rest in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Add yogurt, celery stalks, spring onions, dried cranberries, lemon juice, mint, dill and salt to a bowl and mix well.
  • Taste and adjust all the spices to your taste.
  • Dip can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • To serve, garnish with hazelnuts, cranberries and a little dried mint and dill.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and serve with chips or pancakes.

Curry spread made from celery stalks and apples

From a nutritional point of view, this is an absolutely perfect spread. It is rich in protein and fiber, but low in fat and calories. Plus it tastes great!

What you will need

  • 2 dashes of curry powder
  • 110 g of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of buttermilk
  • 1 stalk of celery stalks
  • 1 small apple

Method

  • Mix the curry with 2 tablespoons of warm water.

What you will need

  • 230 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of dill pickle
  • 8 large olives stuffed with pimento peppers, sliced

Method
