Baked crispy potatoes with cheese and ham

- 500 g of chicken
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 150 g Eidam cheese
- 100 g of Niva cheese

Method
- Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into rounds together with the onion and pepper.

Mashed potatoes with cheese

How to bake potatoes?
We can bake boiled or raw potatoes, both sliced or coarsely grated. Boiled ones only need to be baked for a much shorter time, after baking they are guaranteed to be soft and they also maintain a softer consistency even after baking.
Raw potatoes require at least 45-50 minutes to bake, but tend to be crispier after baking. During the preparation, we can also choose a compromise, where we cook the potatoes until semi-soft.
We don’t need to peel them before cooking, we can cook them in their skins and peel them after cooking. We only peel old potatoes and raw potatoes. We don’t even have to peel raw potatoes that have a nice skin, but we have to wash the skin thoroughly under water with a brush.
