  • 1 onion
  • 250 ml of apple juice
  • 200 g of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp blueberry or cranberry jam
  • A few drops of fresh lemon juice
  • salt pepper
  • fresh parsley for garnish
  • sunflower seeds for decoration


  1. Wash, clean and cut the red cabbage into strips.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  3. Lightly fry the onion and cabbage in sunflower oil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, drizzle with vinegar and apple juice, cover and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool.

  • 400 g of red cabbage

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 200 ml of apple juice
  • 2 tbsp ground walnuts
  • 200 g of cream cheese
  • lemon juice
  • salt pepper
  • seeds (sunflower, flax, sesame) for decoration
  • fresh herbs for garnish


  1. Clean, wash and cut the red cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Peel and dice the onion.
  3. Fry both together in hot oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • 1 medium red cabbage
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest

  1. Cut the red cabbage into pieces and place them in a food processor along with the lemon juice and salt.
