Baked chicken and parmesan spread

A really great flavored spread that is tailor-made for cheese lovers. This spread literally overflows with cheese and is ready to eat in combination with chicken.

What will we need

  1. 250 g of Ricotta cheese
  2. 500 g of chicken breast
  3. Pinch of salt
  4. A pinch of pepper
  5. 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  6. 3 tablespoons of cold water
  7. 230 g of grated mozzarella
  8. 230 g of edamame
  9. 30 g Parmesan cheese
  10. 250 g Marinara sauce (or pureed tomatoes)
  11. 100 g breadcrumbs

For sprinkles

  1. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  2. 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 teaspoon parsley
  4. 2 tablespoons of grated mozzarella
  5. 2 tablespoons of grated edamame


  1. Drain the ricotta in a colander
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
  3. Season the drained cheese with salt and pepper
  4. Salt and pepper the washed and cleaned chicken to taste
  5. Heat the oil in a pan
  6. Fry the chicken breasts on each side in hot oil
  7. Fry for approximately 6 minutes each, until they are sufficiently cooked
  8. When the breasts are ready, turn off the stove and pour water into the pan
  9. Stir the water until it boils and a glass coating forms on the chicken
  10. Transfer the chicken to a bowl to cool
  11. Then cut the chicken into small pieces
  12. Mix the ricotta in a bowl with 230 g of mozzarella, edamame and 30 g of parmesan
  13. Mix the cheese mixture
  14. Add the chicken and Marinara sauce to the cheese mixture
  15. Mix the mixture together until everything is combined
  16. Finally, mix the breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of oil in the bowl where the chicken was
  17. Stir the breadcrumbs to coat them with the mixture
  18. Transfer the chicken mixture to a baking dish
  19. Put the breadcrumb mixture on top
  20. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of Parmesan and 2 tablespoons of mozzarella and edamame
  21. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake until browned for approximately 20 minutes
  22. When we take the chicken out of the oven, let it rest for at least 10 minutes
  23. Garnish with parsley
  24. Serve either separately on a plate or with a baguette/cracker straight from the baking pan

We can use cream cheese instead of ricotta.

Chicken spread with grilled vegetables

Vegetables should not be missing from our menu, which is why we bring you a recipe for a spread that contains them. Come and enjoy a combination of chicken and grilled vegetables on a toasted slice of bread.

What will we need

  1. 1 small zucchini
  2. 150 g of broccoli florets
  3. ½ medium red onion (cut into large cubes)
  4. 1 red pepper (cut into large cubes)
  5. 2 cloves of garlic
  6. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  7. teaspoon of salt
  8. 230 g of cream cheese
  9. ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  10. ½ teaspoon onion powder
  11. a teaspoon of dried basil
  12. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  13. 2 boiled chicken breasts


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Cut the zucchini at both ends and cut it in half
  3. Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces
  4. Put the chopped zucchini together with the broccoli florets, onion, pepper and garlic in a large bowl
  5. Add olive oil
  6. Stir the vegetables to coat them in the oil
  7. Place it on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt
  8. Bake the vegetables for 20 minutes until soft
  9. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic seasoning, onion seasoning, basil and lemon juice
  10. Grind the chicken breasts in a food processor until they are completely soft
  11. Mix the ground chicken meat with the cheese mixture
  12. Remove the vegetables from the oven and let them cool
  13. Then transfer it to a food processor and blend
  14. Stir the mixed vegetables into the chicken mixture
  15. We salt and feather according to our preferences
  16. Cover the spread and store in the refrigerator
  17. Let it rest for at least 2 hours

  1. 2 cooked chicken breasts
  2. 230 g of cream cheese
  3. 50 g of stalked celery
  4. 75 g of mayonnaise
  5. 2 tablespoons onion (finely chopped)
  6. 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  7. ½ teaspoon of salt


  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor
  2. Roughly process the ingredients in a blender
  3. Serve as a spread on chicken sandwiches

  1. 2 boiled chicken breasts
  2. 75 g of mayonnaise
  3. Salt
  4. Herb seasoning (no added salt)
  5. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  6. 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  7. A pinch of cayenne pepper


  1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes
  2. Transfer it to a bowl

  1. In a large bowl, mix finely chopped chicken with mayonnaise, paprika, onion, garlic and spices
  2. Stir the mixture well to combine the ingredients
  3. Served with toasted bread or toast

  1. 250 g firm tofu
  2. spoon of soy sauce
  3. a teaspoon of spices for roast chicken
  4. teaspoon of onion spice
  5. 1 celery stalk (finely chopped)

  7. 1 lemon
  8. A pinch of dried dill (optional)
  9. 120 ml of vegan mayonnaise


  1. Let the tofu freeze overnight

What will we need

  1. 6 hard-boiled eggs (diced)
  2. 2 pickles
  3. A spoonful of sour cucumber pickle
  4. 80 g of mayonnaise
