Baked chicken and parmesan spread
A really great flavored spread that is tailor-made for cheese lovers. This spread literally overflows with cheese and is ready to eat in combination with chicken.
What will we need
- 250 g of Ricotta cheese
- 500 g of chicken breast
- Pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of cold water
- 230 g of grated mozzarella
- 230 g of edamame
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
- 250 g Marinara sauce (or pureed tomatoes)
- 100 g breadcrumbs
For sprinkles
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 tablespoons of grated mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons of grated edamame
Method
- Drain the ricotta in a colander
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
- Season the drained cheese with salt and pepper
- Salt and pepper the washed and cleaned chicken to taste
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Fry the chicken breasts on each side in hot oil
- Fry for approximately 6 minutes each, until they are sufficiently cooked
- When the breasts are ready, turn off the stove and pour water into the pan
- Stir the water until it boils and a glass coating forms on the chicken
- Transfer the chicken to a bowl to cool
- Then cut the chicken into small pieces
- Mix the ricotta in a bowl with 230 g of mozzarella, edamame and 30 g of parmesan
- Mix the cheese mixture
- Add the chicken and Marinara sauce to the cheese mixture
- Mix the mixture together until everything is combined
- Finally, mix the breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of oil in the bowl where the chicken was
- Stir the breadcrumbs to coat them with the mixture
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a baking dish
- Put the breadcrumb mixture on top
- Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of Parmesan and 2 tablespoons of mozzarella and edamame
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake until browned for approximately 20 minutes
- When we take the chicken out of the oven, let it rest for at least 10 minutes
- Garnish with parsley
- Serve either separately on a plate or with a baguette/cracker straight from the baking pan

Chicken spread with grilled vegetables
Vegetables should not be missing from our menu, which is why we bring you a recipe for a spread that contains them. Come and enjoy a combination of chicken and grilled vegetables on a toasted slice of bread.
What will we need
- 1 small zucchini
- 150 g of broccoli florets
- ½ medium red onion (cut into large cubes)
- 1 red pepper (cut into large cubes)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- teaspoon of salt
- 230 g of cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- a teaspoon of dried basil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 boiled chicken breasts
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Cut the zucchini at both ends and cut it in half
- Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces
- Put the chopped zucchini together with the broccoli florets, onion, pepper and garlic in a large bowl
- Add olive oil
- Stir the vegetables to coat them in the oil
- Place it on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt
- Bake the vegetables for 20 minutes until soft
- Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic seasoning, onion seasoning, basil and lemon juice
- Grind the chicken breasts in a food processor until they are completely soft
- Mix the ground chicken meat with the cheese mixture
- Remove the vegetables from the oven and let them cool
- Then transfer it to a food processor and blend
- Stir the mixed vegetables into the chicken mixture
- We salt and feather according to our preferences
- Cover the spread and store in the refrigerator
- Let it rest for at least 2 hours
- The spread is served with bread, toast or crackers

- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- 230 g of cream cheese
- 50 g of stalked celery
- 75 g of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons onion (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor
- Roughly process the ingredients in a blender
- Serve as a spread on chicken sandwiches

- 250 g firm tofu
- spoon of soy sauce
- a teaspoon of spices for roast chicken

- 120 ml of vegan mayonnaise
Method
- Let the tofu freeze overnight
