Optional ingredients

  • 1/2 – 1 small clove of garlic, crushed or crushed
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • finely chopped fresh herbs

  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

This Caesar Salad Dressing recipe requires just a few ingredients from your pantry. Mix them together while you toast your croutons and you can enjoy it at home in premium quality, just like from a restaurant.

What will we need

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 medium garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • a pinch of fine salt
  • 30 j of finely grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  • Mix the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon and Worcestershire sauces and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine the ingredients.
  • Stir in the Parmesan and then the water. Season liberally with black pepper to taste.
  • Taste and season as needed with an additional ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, or for a thinner dressing, add up to 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Dressing for cucumber salad

How to make the best cucumber salad with a sweet and spicy dressing of vinegar, a little sugar and Dijon mustard. Make this salad dressing recipe and you won’t eat cucumbers any other way!

What will we need

  • 2 seedless cucumber
  • salt
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons of granulated sugar, depending on how sweet you like your salad
  • 60 ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced

Method

  • Thinly slice the cucumbers, mix with two teaspoons of salt and add to a colander over the sink or bowl.
  • Let them rest for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse the cucumbers with cold water and then squeeze out the excess water.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together two teaspoons of sugar, vinegar and mustard. Taste and add another teaspoon of sugar if needed.
  • Add the cucumbers and red onion, then stir.
  • Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour and up to a day before serving.
