What will we need

For the salad

  1. 400 g of ham salami
  2. 100 g of carrots
  3. 50 g shallots
  4. 100 g of celery
  5. 100 g pickles
  6. 15 g hot pepper
  7. 150 g of mayonnaise
  8. 50 g of mustard
  9. A spoonful of vinegar (or cucumber pickle)
  10. A spoonful of hot pepper pickle
  11. 10 g of sugar
  12. A teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  13. A pinch of pepper
  14. Pinch of salt

For decoration

  1. Hard cheese
  2. Blue cheese (ermine)
  3. Chabaik
  4. Egg
  5. RAM horns
  6. Lid

Method

  1. Cook the carrot together with the celery in boiling salted water
  2. When the vegetables are cooked, let them cool and then cut them into cubes
  3. Cut the ham salami into thin rounds
  4. Add finely chopped pickles, shallots and hot peppers to the ham salami
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and pickle
  6. Mix and season with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar
  7. We mix everything together and taste it, if something is missing in the recipe, we can season the rumcajs salad to our liking
  8. We then spread the individual slices of veka with spicy salad and decorate according to our own taste and imagination

Hot homemade rum cajs salad that your whole family will love. It’s a great alternative to a family dinner when you don’t want to eat plain salami and cheese spread on bread.

What will we need

For the salad

  1. 500 g of soft salami
  2. White onion
  3. Red onion
  4. 4 pickles
  5. 8 goat horns (pickled)
  6. Pepper
  7. 200 g of mayonnaise

For the marinade

  1. A spoonful of oil
  2. 2 tablespoons of mustard
  3. 2 spoons of ketchup
  4. A spoonful of Worcestershire sauce
  5. 3 spoons of goat horn lacquer

Method

  1. For the marinade, heat the oil, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and varnish in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Cut the soft salami into thin strips and add to the bowl
  3. Then add finely chopped onions to the cucumbers
  4. Cut the goat’s horns into thin slices and also add them to the salami
  5. Season the rumcajs salad with pepper, salt and add mayonnaise
  6. Mix and finally cover it with the cooked and cooled marinade
  7. Mix everything well and put the bowl with the salad in the fridge for a few hours
  8. Serve the salad with fresh bread or other favorite pastries

Hot even hotter. That’s exactly how we could describe this recipe, which is a real treat for the taste buds of connoisseurs who indulge in spicy dishes.

What will we need

  1. 150 g of mayonnaise
  2. 50 g celery (finely chopped)
  3. 60 g spring onions
  4. A handful of fresh chives
  5. A spoonful of honey
  6. 5 cloves of garlic
  7. 2 teaspoons of chili
  8. 4 hot peppers
  9. ½ teaspoon of sugar
  10. ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  11. Pinch of salt
  12. 350 g of soft ham salami
  13. 30 g chopped pecans and almonds

Method

  1. Cut the celery into small cubes
  2. Add chopped spring onions, sliced hot peppers and pressed garlic to it
  3. Add chopped chives and mayonnaise
  4. Mix everything well to combine the ingredients
  5. Mix in the ham and the rest of the spices except for the nuts
  6. Taste the salad and season it with salt, pepper, maybe even vinegar if you don’t want it
  7. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and let it cool down and put it in the fridge

What will we need

For the salad

  1. Medium apple
  2. Lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  3. 300 g of chicken salami
  4. 50 g hot peppers
  5. A teaspoon of mustard
  6. 10 g of sugar
  7. 50 g of red seedless grapes
  8. Celery stalks
  9. 50 g of raisins
  10. 70 g walnuts (or almonds)
  11. Pinch of salt
  12. A pinch of pepper

For the dressing

  1. 100 g of yogurt
  2. 150 g mayonnaise (or sour cream)
  3. 50 ml of orange juice
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. A spoonful of Sriracha sauce
  6. A spoonful of soy sauce
  7. A teaspoon of minced onion

Method

  1. For the marinade, mix all the ingredients together and set aside
  2. Wash the apple, remove the cores and cut into cubes in a large bowl
  3. Wash the celery and cut it into small pieces
  4. Cut the grape wine balls in half and add them to the apple and celery
  5. Cut the hot peppers into thin slices
  6. Cut the chicken salami into cubes and add to the remaining ingredients
  7. Next, add raisins, nuts, lemon juice and sugar to the bowl
  8. Mix everything together and add the marinade
  9. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed

  1. 400 g of rolled salami
  2. 120 g pickles
  3. 80 g of onion
  4. 50 g of sterilized paprika
  5. 15 g hot pepper

Method
