- 1 lettuce

METHOD

METHOD
- If the green asparagus is fresh, we don’t need to peel it, just cut off about 2 cm of the ends, which can be woody.
- Throw the asparagus into boiling salted water and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Then throw the asparagus into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process, the asparagus will remain beautifully green and crunchy.
- Prepare the dressing in a bowl – whisk together olive oil, balsamic reduction, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Clean the strawberries and cut them in half, fry the pine nuts in a dry pan over a low heat until golden and set aside.
- Put the bugle in the bowl with the dressing and mix carefully.
- Divide the seasoned salad onto plates.
