Method:

  • Roughly chop the spicy chili salami and put it in the Thermomix food processor. We cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then add coarsely chopped paprika, chili peppers with oil and butter.
  • We run Turbo for a few seconds, about four times in a row. If necessary, add more oil and mix to taste.
  • If you want, you can add salt and pepper, but it is not necessary.
  • Remove from the container, transfer to a bowl and refrigerate overnight to allow all the flavors to combine.

  • If you don’t have this type of robot, you can do it with a classic blender, heating the salami in water and straining it, or you can also use a microwave oven.
