  1. Carefully heat the butter in a pan so it doesn’t burn.
  2. Place the prepared and salted salmon portions in the butter in the pan, skin side down.
  3. After roasting, turn over and finish cooking on the other side.
  4. We prepare vegetables according to your taste – we can easily boil or stew them.

Baked salmon in the oven

We can also bake the salmon in the oven, its preparation does not take too much time and in a short time you will have a healthy and delicious meal ready for lunch.

What will we need

  • salmon
  • butter
  • vegetables (potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli…)
  • broth, white wine, sour cream
  • spices for fish
  • salt


  1. Melt the butter in a baking pan and add a portion of the salmon that we salted and seasoned with finer fish spices.
  2. We add the vegetables that have already been heated in advance, because the salmon meat is cooked for a shorter time.
  3. We can baste with stock, white wine or sour cream.
  4. Before baking, sprinkle with grated cheese so that it has time to bake.

Grilled salmon

It’s the easiest and best grilled salmon recipe that will soon become your new favorite healthy summer dinner.

What will we need

  • 300 g of salmon with skin
  • 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges


  • Prepare the grill for high heat.
  • Clean the grill grates and close the lid to warm up.
  • Brush the fleshy side of the salmon fillets liberally with oil and season evenly with salt and black pepper.
  • Grill the salmon, skin side down, over direct high heat with the lid closed for about 6-8 minutes, or until the fish is light and you can lift the fillets from the grill grates without sticking.
  • Turn the salmon, close the lid and grill at 55 degrees for about 2-4 minutes.
  • Transfer to a plate and let rest for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove the skin from the fillets and serve with lemon wedges and tartare or cucumber dill sauce.

Marinated salmon in honey

Six ingredients are all you need for this simple salmon marinade. When the brown sugar, butter, and honey glaze caramelize on top, this salmon marinade comes to life.

What will we need

  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 g salmon fillet, cut into 8 pieces


  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the salmon.
  • Place the salmon in a plastic bowl.
  • Pour the marinade over the salmon.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 1 hour.
  • Fire up the grill.
  • Place the salmon skin side down on the grill. Cover and grill over medium heat for 10 to 20 minutes.
  • Brush with marinade two or three times.
  • Do not remove the salmon from the grill until it flakes easily with a fork.

Steamed salmon

It is very simple to prepare salmon by steaming, which belongs to gentle processing of fish meat.

What will we need

  • salmon
  • salt
  • spices (gyros, barbecue spices, seasoning mix for fish or just pepper
  • herbs (basil, rosemary)
  • stock, white wine or sour cream


  1. First, fry the prepared portions of salmon in butter.
  2. Then covered with a lid and covered with broth, simmer slowly until soft.
  3. We can add vegetables to taste.
  4. Simmer long enough so that the meat does not fall apart.
  5. We can also serve smaller types of pasta with steamed salmon.
