Enjoy a delicious sausage pizza loaf for a YUMMY twist on dinner! This makes an impressive looking dinner or entertaining appetizer. Cuts easily with a serrated knife and the swirls look gourmet ready.

  • Cook Time : 30 minutes
  • Yield : 15 - 18 servings



  1. Make 'Za Loaf Mix according to package directions.
  2. Leave 'Za dough resting on counter top
  3. In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion and peppers and 1/2 package of the Perfect 'Za sauce seasoning mix over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
  4. With greased fingers, press 'Za dough mix onto the bottom of a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the sausage mixture, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and egg; spread over dough to within 1/2 in. of the edges. Sprinkle additional Parmesan Cheese, to taste
  6. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seams to seal. Arrange seam side down on pan and shape into a crescent. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
YUMMY Tips : Can't find bulk sausage? No problem! Purchase your favorite Italian Sausage links and remove the casing before browning! Sweet, Spicy, Savory! The possibilities are endless!
