Sea buckthorn syrup for immunity with honey
It is enough to administer once or twice a year to start immunity. The crust always lasts 1-2 weeks.
INGREDIENTS:
- 500-600 g of sea buckthorn (possibly sea buckthorn juice or frozen sea buckthorn)
- 200 g of honey
- juice of 1-2 pieces of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
METHOD:
- Blend the sea buckthorn and squeeze the juice out of it through a fine cloth.
- Grate the ginger finely and squeeze it through a cloth.
- Add lemon juice to sea buckthorn and ginger juice, mix in honey and it’s done.
- Take 1 tablespoon of syrup mixed in water on an empty stomach.

In addition to immunity, it also supports digestion, speeds up recovery and kicks spring fatigue.
Sea buckthorn syrup with sugar
And here we have the second version, which differs from the previous recipe by adding sugar instead of honey and missing ginger.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1500 ml of sea buckthorn berries
- 1 liter of water
- 10 g of citric acid
- 500 g of sugar
METHOD:
- We wash the sea buckthorn, mix it, put it in a pot together with water and citric acid.
- Let it soak for 12-24 hours.
- Then drain and boil with sugar until dissolved.
- Pour into boiled canning jars.

Sea buckthorn jam or marmalade
Although the jam is thinner, it still has pieces of berries. Or would you rather have marmalade? Just mix and let it thicken a little more.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1000 g sea buckthorn berries
- 3-4 teaspoons of citrus pectin
- 500 g of sugar
- 75 ml of water
METHOD:
- Wash the berries, put them in a pot with water and cook until soft (it takes about 5 minutes).
- Then we mash them or mix them with a stick blender according to the desired structure.
- Add pectin mixed with the same amount of sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Then add the rest of the sugar and cook until thickened.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and stack them upside down (let it cool).

Sea buckthorn tea
Also make sea buckthorn tea. It’s completely simple, and if you have the opportunity, take advantage of it.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons dried sea buckthorn berries and leaves (or just the leaves)
- 1 cup hot water
METHOD:
- If we only use sea buckthorn leaves, one spoon is enough.
- Put the required amount of the mixture in a mug or kettle and pour hot water over it.
- Let it soak for 10 minutes.

Fresh sea buckthorn juice

- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
METHOD:
- Wash the berries and put them in a blender with a little water.
- We mix to a complete puree and gradually add water.
- Finally, add the syrup and mix for a while.
- Serve with ice.

Homemade sea buckthorn oil
The recipe for sea buckthorn oil is absolutely simple. The whole process will take 4 weeks and dried berries are enough for it, which are easy to find in health food stores or pharmacies.
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g dried sea buckthorn berries (500 g fresh)
- 1 liter of virgin olive oil
METHOD:
- Crush the sea buckthorn berries (preferably in a mortar, but you can also blend them).
- Add to the oil and divide into resealable bottles.
- Let it sit for 1 month. (If we use fresh sea buckthorn, 5 days is enough).
- During this time we shake daily.
- Then strain through a fine sieve.

This home remedy works on painful joints and slows down the process of cell aging, i.e. it breaks down oxidative stress. We can use it internally and externally.
Internally, it is recommended to take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. You can use it externally as a very effective lubrication for beautiful skin. It is suitable not only for dry skin, but also for problematic skin with a tendency to form acne.
Sea buckthorn liqueur
Here we have a healthy liquor to burn the bacillus.
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g of sea buckthorn berries
- 500 ml of vodka
- 500 g of sugar
METHOD:
- Wash the berries, blend them and add them to the vodka.
- Let it mature for 8 days in a closed bottle at room temperature.
- Prepare sugar syrup by mixing sugar and a little water.
- Boil to a syrupy consistency and let cool.
- Strain the sea buckthorn through a plate and mix in the sugar syrup.
- Pour the liqueur into clean glasses, cover and let it mature for 3 months in a dark place.
