How to peel shrimp
You can peel the shrimp before or after cooking. It is easier to do before cooking, but the shell left during cooking can add to the flavor.
Peeling shrimp is not difficult. Just start from the head and work your way to the tail. You can leave the tail on and just bite it when eating. It is also necessary to think about the gut of the shrimp, which is located in the inner part of the entire course of the body. The best way to dissect them is by cutting the outer part of the body where you will come across a dark long thin line.

Which heat treatment you choose is up to you. They can generally be fried, boiled or grilled. However, during each preparation, be careful not to overcook them, but also, conversely, to their insufficient heat treatment. How can you easily tell when shrimp are ready to eat? They shouldn’t have any transparent spots, but should be nicely cloudy.
In short, the heat treatment is very fast, and even a short time before the line can cause their deterioration. Overcooked shrimp are tough and rubbery. That’s why it’s better to have a kitchen timer handy and watch the time in addition to the visual side of the shrimp. After cooking, it is necessary to shock-cool them with ice water.
In any case, you don’t have to worry about frying, cooking or grilling them. It’s a piece of cake when you know how.
