Sinful Cinnamon Chips with Berry Salsa

These Sinful Cinnamon Tortilla chips are a delicious healthy snack and a great way to satisfy some crunch 'n' munch cravings. Also a clever way to use up any old tortilla wraps you have laying around in the fridge!  Add a healthy Berry Salsa and you are ready to enjoy a sweet and crunchy snack. Looking for a protein addition? Grab a bowl of cottage cheese or Greek Yogurt and start dunking away!

  • Prep Time : 15 minutes
  • Cook Time : 10 minutes
  • Yield : 8 - 10 servings

To Make the Berry Salsa Make at least 15 minutes ahead of serving
  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped fruit, Do You Bake? Caramel Apple Creation and Do You Bake? Caramel Sprinkles
  2. Allow to chill for at least 15 minutes before serving. Mix again before serving.
Serve with Homemade Sinful Cinnamon Chips ** substitute some of the berries for freshly chopped apples as a apple-berry salsa variation.

YUMMY Variations : Top with fresh cut cilantro, finely diced jalapeno bits and tiny chopped red onion for a sweet, spicy and savory berry salsa variation!    

To Make the Sinful Cinnamon Chips
  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
  2. Cut each tortilla into 8 - 12 chip sized wedges and arrange the wedges in a single layer on a cookie sheet
  3. Melt butter in microwave
  4. Brush butter on the tops of your chip sized wedges and sprinkle your Do You Bake? Sinfully Cinnamon on top
  5. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes until lightly golden
  6. Allow to cool completely.
