What will we need

  • 20 darts
  • 250 ml of water

Method

  1. Halve or crush freshly picked rosehips, cover with cold water and leave to infuse for 12 hours.

  3. After that, strain the tea through a fine sieve or cloth.

Be careful when using rosehips in roasted tea that they are not crushed completely and the seeds fall out. The seeds have relatively aggressive hairs that can irritate to the point of severe coughing or even gagging. That’s why rosehip tea must be strained through a cloth, not through an ordinary strainer.
