Crackers and Christmas baking
When it comes to fat that can be used in baking Christmas cookies, you can say that there are no limits to the imagination. While most bake with butter or henna, lard or breadcrumbs are also great options. In the vast majority of cases, ground or finely chopped crackers are added to the cookies. The fat, which is then released during baking, binds the dough together beautifully. Cookies made from crackers are fragile, delicious and delicate.
