Sloppy Joe and Macaroni Casserole

A simple beef and macaroni recipe that is flavored with Do You Bake's flavor packing Sloppy Joe Mix.  A little sweet, a little tang and a total over the top YUMM.  This is a great tasting family casserole and is a super easy one dish meal. Comfort food done right!

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Cook Time : 20 minutes
  • Yield : 4 to 6 servings



  1. Prepare Sloppy Joes mix per package directions (no buns or rolls needed!)
  2. Cook the macaroni in a large pot of salted boiling water until not quite tender (a little under done), about 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Drain your pasta and add it to a large bowl. Toss in about 1/4 of your sloppy Joes Mix
  4. Pour the remaining Sloppy Joes mixture into a casserole dish
  5. Top Sloppy Joes Mix with your pasta
  6. Top your pasta with shredded cheddar cheese and thinly sliced tomatoes (optional)
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and bake your casserole until it is bubbling and the top is lightly browned. (about 20 - 25 minutes) YUMMY Tip : Make this dish on the weekend and cover it! Refrigerate your casserole for an easy pop in the oven weeknight meal. Remember to bring your casserole to room temperature first and bake as directed.
