INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • apples
  • raisins
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • breadcrumbs
  • egg

METHOD

  1. Divide the puff pastry in half.
  2. Roll each half separately into a thin pancake.
  3. Peel and grate the apples on a coarse grater, squeeze out the excess juice.
  4. Sprinkle the dough evenly with a thin layer of breadcrumbs.
  5. Pile apples on top, cover with washed raisins, sugar and cinnamon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g puff pastry
  • 500 ml of water,
  • 1 and a half bag of vanilla pudding
  • 120 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml of whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

METHOD

  1. Roll out the puff pastry into a pancake as big as the baking sheet on which you will bake it.
  2. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the baked sheet in half.
  4. Cut one half into more portions depending on how many you want
  5. Mix both custard powders in 200 ml of water
  6. Bring the rest of the water to a boil, add the pudding mix, caster sugar and vanilla sugar and mix well.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove from heat
  8. Beat three egg whites until stiff and mix it into the hot pudding
  9. Spread this mixture evenly on the uncut part of the puff pastry and let it cool
  10. Whip the whipping cream and add a spoonful of powdered sugar to it (it stiffens better)
