Soup with smoked ribs and rice
The combination of smoked ribs, vegetables and rice is absolutely fantastic and you will surely like it too.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 potatoes
- 300 g of smoked ribs
- 3 spoons of rice
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- water
- salt pepper
- fresh parsley for serving
Method
- Rinse the smoked ribs and cut one rib at a time. Put the ribs prepared in this way into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil on a low flame. Cook for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, clean the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put them in the pot next to the ribs together with the rice and mix well.
- Dice the onion, clean the carrot and cut it into rounds. If the wheels are too big, you can cut them in half
- Fry the onion and carrot in oil until soft.
- As soon as the potatoes and rice in the soup soften, we mix in the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
- Serve with freshly chopped parsley.

Potato soup with smoked bacon
The delicious smoky flavor of the bacon and paprika will get you going. It is a great snack not only on cold days when it warms you up.
Ingredients
- 200g of smoked bacon
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 tablespoon ground smoked paprika
- ½ cup cooking cream
- 6 cups of broth
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- parsley
- salt pepper
Method
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry briefly. Add the onion, lower the heat and cook until the onion is soft.
- Add pressed garlic, thyme and smoked paprika.
- Pour in the broth and add the potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are soft in the soup. It should take about 10-15 minutes.
- As soon as the potatoes are soft, we mix the soup with a stick blender directly in the pot.
- Add cream, salt, pepper and chopped parsley to the blended soup and serve.

Smoked chicken soup with noodles
This smoky soup not only looks great, but also tastes great, and thanks to the noodles, it’s also hearty. Come and try it yourself.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 red peppers
- 150 g of egg noodles
- 400 g of smoked chicken
- 400 chopped tomatoes – 1 can
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon of smoked salt
- 2 teaspoons of smoked ground paprika
- pepper
- sour cream and fresh dill to serve
Method
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions and keep them aside.
- Heat the oil, add the smoked ground pepper, add pressed garlic, onion, pepper cut into strips, pour over a little stock and mix well. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 20 minutes.
- As soon as the vegetables are soft, pour in the rest of the broth, add a can of chopped tomatoes and the smoked chicken cut into pieces.
- Let it cook together for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper, then add the finished noodles.
- Served with sour cream and freshly chopped dill.

Tomato soup with poached egg and smoked paprika

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 spoon of smoked paprika
- 3 stalks of celery
- 4 cups of broth
- 1.5 cups of red lentils
- smoked salt
Method
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and fry for about 5 minutes until the onion is golden.
- Add diced and cleaned carrots and chopped celery. Add ground smoked paprika and salt.
- Pour in the broth and add the red lentils and cook until the vegetables and lentils are soft.
