Smothered Pork Chops

  • 1 lb boneless lean pork chops (or tenderloin cut into 1/2″ slices)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 4 Tblsp. Olive Oil (divided)
  • Do You Bake? Season All
  • Do You Bake? Mediterranean Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Do You Bake? For the Love of Garlic
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Saute onions and bell pepper in 2 Tablespoons olive oil with 1 tsp DYB? For the Love of Garlic seasoning until onions are almost clear, transfer to plate and set aside.  Sprinkle pork with Season All and Mediterranean Seasoning on one side.  Heat 2 Tablespoons olive oil over medium heat and sear pork on both sides.  Drain off excess oil and add in onion and peppers.  Stir in can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 a can of water.  Cover and simmer on low for 45 minutes or until pork is fork tender.  Serve over rice.
