What will we need
- 500 g of spaghetti
- 50 ml of quality olive oil
- 6 – 8 cloves of garlic
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Parsley
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot
- Add the spaghetti and cook, according to the instructions on the package, or until al dente
- Take ½ cup of spaghetti water
- Drain the spaghetti and set aside
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat
- Add sliced garlic and chili
- Saute everything for 3-5 minutes until the garlic is golden and the spices are fragrant
- Toss the drained pasta into the garlic sauce
- We start to sauté and add a little spaghetti water
- Mix the spaghetti in the oil thoroughly so that they are all coated
- If the sauce seems too dry, add more pasta water
- Taste and season with salt and pepper or chili
- Pasta in garlic sauce is served immediately while still hot, garnished with chopped parsley and grated parmesan

Aglio olio with cabbage

What will we need
- 340 g spaghetti
- 50 – 100 ml of pasta water
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- A large bunch of cabbage
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
- Pepper
- A teaspoon of lemon zest
- A teaspoon of lemon juice
- Parsley
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package
- Cook until they are good to bite
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat
- Add chili flakes and sliced garlic
- We start sauteing and saute for 30 seconds until the mixture starts to smell
- Add washed and chopped cabbage
- Mix, salt and pepper
- Stir until the cabbage wilts
- Remove the water from the spaghetti and then drain the spaghetti
- Then add them to the cabbage
- Mix and add some spaghetti water, lemon juice and lemon zest
- If the pasta seems too dry, add a little more spaghetti water to create a sauce
- Taste the pasta and season to taste
- Serve warm with parsley and parmesan

Hot spaghetti aglio olio with bacon
This spicy and super easy bacon pasta recipe with only 5 ingredients is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner! Cook this traditional Italian recipe that takes exactly 20 minutes from start to finish.
What will we need
- 400 g of spaghetti
- 6 slices bacon (diced)
- A teaspoon of olive oil
- 6 – 7 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- A teaspoon of chili
- Fresh parsley
Method
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package until they are al dente to the bite.
- Before draining the pasta, remove a cup of water from the pasta
- While the pasta is cooking, heat a large pan and add the diced bacon
- Fry until the bacon is slightly crispy and golden brown
- When it’s done, take it out of the pan and set it aside
- Add the olive oil to the pan along with the chopped garlic
- Fry for about a minute and add chili

- 2 tablespoons of capers
- ½ teaspoon chili
- Parsley

Method
- Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot
- Add the broccoli and cook for about 3 minutes
- Then we take it out and place it in a bowl, which we set aside
- Add the pasta to the same pot of water
- We will cook them according to the instructions
- Take a cup of water from the spaghetti and drain
- Mix the flour with salt and pepper
- Then we wrap the chicken pieces in it
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken
- Fry it on each side for 3-4 minutes until it is cooked
- Add garlic, capers and chili
