What will we need

  1. 500 g of spaghetti
  2. 50 ml of quality olive oil
  3. 6 – 8 cloves of garlic
  4. ½ tsp chili powder
  5. Parsley
  6. Parmesan cheese


  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook, according to the instructions on the package, or until al dente
  3. Take ½ cup of spaghetti water
  4. Drain the spaghetti and set aside
  5. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat
  6. Add sliced garlic and chili
  7. Saute everything for 3-5 minutes until the garlic is golden and the spices are fragrant
  8. Toss the drained pasta into the garlic sauce
  9. We start to sauté and add a little spaghetti water
  10. Mix the spaghetti in the oil thoroughly so that they are all coated
  11. If the sauce seems too dry, add more pasta water

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package

What will we need

  1. 400 g of spaghetti
  2. 6 slices bacon (diced)
  3. A teaspoon of olive oil
  4. 6 – 7 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  5. A teaspoon of chili
  6. Fresh parsley


  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package until they are al dente to the bite.
