What will we need
- 500 g of spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- A small onion
- 3 cloves of garlic (pressed)
- 4 tomatoes
- Salt
- ½ teaspoon chili
- A handful of basil
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
Method
- Bring the salted water to a boil in a large pot
- When the water boils, put the pasta in the pot and cook it according to the instructions
- Before draining the spaghetti, take ½ a cup of water from the pasta and then drain it
- Heat the oil in a second saucepan over medium heat
- Add finely chopped onion and cook for about 5 minutes until soft
- Then add the garlic and continue to cook until fragrant, about a minute
- Add the chopped tomatoes and continue cooking for another 15 minutes
- When the tomatoes are soft, add the basil

- 25 g Parmesan cheese
- Spoon of butter
- Basil and Parmesan (for decoration)
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
- Add the chopped onion and cook the onion, stirring occasionally, until it softens
- Add crushed garlic and chili
- Cook for another 3 minutes until the ingredients are fragrant
- Add pureed tomatoes, salt and mix again

Method

Method
