- 120g semi-coarse flour
- 80g of sugar
- 100g of softened butter
- 1 egg

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the baking form with butter and sprinkle with coarse flour.
Beat butter and sugar, add eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt and fold thoroughly into the butter mixture.
Pour the dough into the prepared form, smooth it and spread the strawberry slices evenly on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes and let cool.

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups plain flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup yogurt (Greek type)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 300-500g of strawberries
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Line the cake tin with baking paper.
- Mix eggs, yogurt, lemon juice, oil and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar, lemon zest and a pinch of salt.
- Mix the wet ingredients properly with the flour mixture and pour the resulting dough into the prepared form.
- Place strawberry slices on top and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Leave the baked bubble to cool and then serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.

- Mix 150 ml of milk into the yolk mixture and gradually mix in the flour mixture.
- Finally, mix in the egg whites and pour the resulting dough onto a greased tray.
